Adult Team (SLO Team) Volunteer
support the middle and high school ministries by serving in various roles and capacities including but not limited to: generating ideas for and planning of student ministry events, helping prepare for and volunteering during events, chaperoning student trips, etc. SLO Team meetings will include a short devotion, sharing of ideas, and discussion around planning of future events.  Time requirements vary based on event calendar and ministry needs. Meetings will be held monthly.

Small Group Leader
Responsible for leading and facilitating small groups within the middle and high school ministries. On Sundays, small groups meet within larger worship and connection environments and the small group leader will have the responsibility for leading a discussion based on teaching the students just heard using discussion guides provided to them. Many small groups meet throughout the week in the leader's home. Mid-week small groups are designed to take students deeper into God's word and to help them establish strong relationships among one another. In this environment. the small group leader is responsible to prepare, study and present curriculum as developed in collaboration with Student Ministry Director. All small group leaders are required to establish a caring relationship with the students assigned to them and are encouraged to pursue and care for students during times outside of group meetings.

Connection Group Leader
Responsible for leading middle and high school Connection Group on Sunday mornings from 10:45AM to 12:00PM. Is familiar with and prepared to teach and facilitate the Discussion Guide provided to them each week (based off of prior week's large worship environment message). Keeps track of attendees and guests. Contacts guests and first time attenders from the previous week’s group (by Thursday), to thank them for attending and to welcome them to revisit. Goal is to facilitate and provide a fun place for High School students attending or visiting Crosspoint to belong while at the same time giving them an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversation around biblical truth.   2 hours on Sunday PM and 1 hour during the week
