The following serve position require occasional periods of responsibility and then a period of planning.2.  Because of this, we require members of this team to help develop and implement the ideas.  Please complete the form at the bottom of the page and a ministry leader will contact you with more information about your next step.

Personality Fit	Volunteer Position	Description	Time Commitment
Connector Organizer Leader	Brain Stormer	Do you have a creative mind? Are you able to think outside the box? We need visual artist, musicians, visionaries and folks that like to push the envelope on this team.	4-8 hrs/month
Organizer Leader	Idea Implenters	Do you have the ability to take an abstract idea and help realize that idea in a tangible form? We need carpenters, script writers, lyricist, actors and visual artist in this position.	4-8 hrs/month
Leader Organizer	Big Idea Coordinator	Are you able to herd cats? Ha! This position requires that a person be able to relate to both the artist and the realist. The coordinator will help organize all players on the Big Idea Team in order to realize the goal!	6-8 hrs/month
