Connector Protector Organizer Leader	Grass Mower Weed Wacker	Do you have the ability to cut grass or mow down the weeds? This position helps to periodically do work on the Crosspoint grounds.	4-6 hrs/month (spring, summer, fall)
Connector Protector Organizer Leader	Green Thumb Guru	Do you have knack with plants and vegetation? This position helps to plant and upkeep the flower beds and landscaping around the church. .	4-6 hrs/month
Connector Protector Leader Organizer	Grounds Leader	Do you have a heart for people and the willingness/ability to organize folks? This position helps to coordinate the cleanup crews and ensure that everyone has the supplies they need to be successful. This individual might also help to ensure that equipment is functioning properly.	6-8 hrs/wk
