Connector Protector | Hospitality Team | Fold and pass out listening guides, greet guests, assist guests in finding a seat, help answer guests' questions, and create a friendly environment for all guests | 9:00-10:30 AM or 10:30-12:00 PM, 2 Sundays a month |
Connector Organizer | Coffee Bar | Prepare coffee and set up the coffee bar in an attractive and useful design, greet people as they enter the building and the auditorium, assist guests in making their drink, assist guests in finding where they are going, break down the Coffee Bar and neatly organize all the products | 8:45-9:45 AM or 10:00-11:00 AM, 2 Sundays a month |

The following serve positions require more responsibility. Because of this, we require a spiritual gifts assessment be taken by prospective volunteers who desire to serve in these areas. Connector Organizer | Info Center | Set up the Info Center each week in an attractive and useful design, provide answers and smiles to people needing information, if you they need directions, walk them to their desired location, greet people as they enter the building and the auditorium, break down the Info Center carts and neatly organize all information and roll carts to the appropriate room. | 9:00-9:45 AM or 10:30-11:00 AM and 12:00-12:15 PM, 2 Sundays per month |
Connector Organizer | Resources | Set up Resources Center in an attractive and helpful manner, keep accurate records of series and CD’s in stock, greet guests as they enter the building and the auditorium, assist guests in finding the information they need, alert HP staff of requested items that are not currently available, break down the Resources carts and put the products back in an organized manner and roll carts to the appropriate room | 9:00-9:45 AM or 10:30-11:00 AM and 12:00-12:15 PM, 2 Sundays per month |
| Connector | Guest Central | Set up the table and stools for Guest Central in an attractive manner, make sure there are plenty gifts to hand out to FTG’s, greet guests as they visit Guest Central and introduce them to Israel or other staff at Guest Central, encourage them to fill out an info card if they have not, ask them to fill one out, make sure all info cards get to a CP Staff Member. | 9:00-10:30 AM or 10:30-12:00 PM, 2 Sundays per month |
