Organizer Leader	Kids' Office Helper	Help make copies, purchase supplies, and take care of other details it takes to run Crosspoint Kids each week	Any amount of time you can give
Protector Connector Organizer	Kids' Small Group Assistant	Act as a helper to the Group Leader. A little preparation is required, but the Small Group Leader must also have a passion for kids and relational ability. Responsible to small group of children assigned by the Group Leader.	1.5 hrs every other Sunday AM
Protector Connector Organizer Leader	Substitute Kids' Group Leader or Assistant	Substitute teachers may be called on once per month to fulfill the roll of an assistant teacher or a lead teacher.	1.5 hours per month; Sunday AM
Connector	Kids' Registration Volunteer	Greet first time guests, assist in filling out information, and assist guest to find the appropriate class for children. This person’s main objective is to orient the guests to policies and procedures and connect parents and children to their peers. This person will also be responsible for implementing policies and procedures that have been put in place for the security of the kids. He or she must be amiable and welcoming.	Two 20 minute sessions before each service
Protector Connector Organizer Leader	Special Events Child Care	People who are willing to love on kids at times other than Sunday morning. We will have special events in the life of our church, such as Married Life Live, where we will need to call on people to volunteer to play with the kids while the adults are meeting.	Depends on the event
Organizer Protector Leader	Kidstuf Actor	This person will fill the necessary actor’s role defined in the 252Basics and KidStuf script. Therefore, he or she will have to memorize lines. The person must be exciting and energetic. Actors are not needed every week in the script, so the role and commitment are flexible.	1-2 hrs to memorize lines each week. 1.5 hrs on Sunday AM
Organizer Leader	Kidstuf Technology Operator	This person will need to manipulate the ProPresenter program from a desktop computer for KidStuf and 252Basics Large Group. This person will also be responsible for operating the projection and sound systems.	No weekly preparation, 1.5 hours on Sunday AM

The following serve positions require more responsibility. Because of this, we require a spiritual gifts assessment be taken by prospective volunteers who desire to serve in these areas. Protector Leader Organizer Connector	Kids' Group Leader	The Group Leader is responsible for studying, preparing, and presenting the small group curriculum. This person will also be responsible for promotion the flow of activity in the classroom on Sunday morning along a systematic schedule. The Group Leader should have a passion for the spiritual growth of children. He or she should also have the ability to interact with children in a fun and engaging way. Group Leaders are responsible for dividing the class into small groups and assigning these groups to the Small Group Leader. Group Leaders will be expected to serve every week in one service during the entire semester.	30 min. each week for preparation; 1.5 hrs. each Sunday AM during one service
Protector Connector	Kids' Special Needs Shadow	Someone who loves to spend time with kids with special needs, or willing to learn. Some children with special needs do not feel comfortable in our small group/large group format for Crosspoint Kids. Others are comfortable being in the classroom with other children, and we provide a volunteer to shadow them. We want to create a place where they can feel safe and loved and learn about Jesus!	No prep during the week; 1.5 hrs. Sunday AM
Connector Leader	Kidstuf Host	The host will create the energy in the room. This person should have an energetic and exciting personality. In 252Basics, goofy is good. In KidStuf, we are going for fun and “hip.” The host will be responsible for memeorized a script and delivering a fun performance on Sunday morning.	1-2 hrs per week to memorize lines; 1.5 hrs. Sun AM
Connector Leader	Kidstuf Worship Leader	The 252Basics and KidStuf Worship Leader will lead kids in singing songs. This person should have either/both instrumental and musical talent. This person will work in conjunction with the Kid’s Large Group Director to select appropriate music.	1-2 hours during week rehearsing songs; 1.5 hrs. Sunday AM

Because of this, we require a spiritual gifts assessment and Strengths Finders test be taken by prospective volunteers who desire to serve in these areas. Organizer Leader	Kids' Coach	The Coach will help the Crosspoint Kids staff to make sure everything is running smoothly during 252Basics small groups. This person will “make the rounds” from classroom to classroom to make sure teachers arrive on time and have everything they need for their classroom to have the best experience ever. This person should be organized and able to solve problems easily and effectively. You will learn all aspects of running 252Basics and be able to be “in charge” while our staff attends worship.	1.5 hrs Sunday AM
Organizer Protector Connector Leader	My First Look and 252Basics Leader/Storyteller	The My First Look and 252Basics Leader/Storyteller will be responsible for implementing the schedule and flow as laid out by Crossspoint Kids Staff. The Storyteller will memorize and present the weekly Bible story to the children. They will also lead the children in songs (My First Look) each week (hand motions included). After My First Look Large Group with the threes-fives, this person will go to the two year old classroom a dn present a shortened version of the Bible story to the younger children. This person should also be nurturing, engaging, and energetic.	1-2 hours to  memorize lines each week; 1 hr each Sun AM
Leader Protector Connector Organizer	Kidstuf Leader/Storyteller	The KidStuf Leader/Storyteller will be responsible for implementing the schedule and flow of KidStuf as laid out by the Crosspoint Kids Staff. The Storyteller will memorize and present the weekly Bible story to the children. This person should also be exciting, engaging, and energetic.	1-2 hrs. to memorizing lines each week; 1.5 hrs Sun AM
