Organizer Leader Protector Connector	Stage Crew	Set up/break down worship area, signage, pipe and drape, and other equipment needed to make Sunday morning transitions at Crosspoint run smoothly. Specifically, this group will help transition between the Sunday morning services and Kidstuf.	9:00-11:00 AM two Sundays each month
Organizer Leader	Stage Manager	Ensure that table and stool are brought out and taken back at the correct time, ensure that band members have water, batteries, lights, etc., ensure that back stage stays neat and orderly, participate in rehearsal and run-through before and during the services.	8:30 AM-12:05 PM two Sundays each month

The following serve positions require more responsibility. Because of this, we require a spiritual gifts assessment be taken by prospective volunteers who desire to serve in these areas. Leader Organizer	Creative Arts Volunteer	Participate in creative arts training sessions, participate in areas of talent on average once a month, make applicable rehearsals a priority.	4-6 hrs/month
Organizer	Sound Engineer Helper	Help wire the stage, mix and run live sound in monitors, help put away sound gear following the second service.	8:15 AM-12:05 PM, two Sundays each month
Organizer	Lighting Assistant	Help set up different lights, assist lighting operator with focusing lights, help put away lighting gear following the second service.	8:15 AM-12:05 PM, two Sundays each month
Organizer	Set Builders	Help build sets for Sunday services, KidStuf, Camp Create, and special events.	4-6 hrs/month

The following serve position requires a good deal of responsibility. Because of this, we require a spiritual gifts assessment and Strengths Finders test be taken by prospective volunteers who desire to serve in these areas. Leader Organizer	Video Volunteer	Shoot, capture and edit videos for various areas of ministry at Crosspoint, no experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and participate. Any previous knowledge or experience in Final Cut Pro or camera and lighting methods is beneficial.	6 hours/month
Leader	Front of House Sound Engineer	Help wire the stage, mix and run live sound in auditorium, help put away sound gear following the second service.	8:15 AM-12:05 PM, two Sundays each month
Leader Organizer	Lighting Operator	Set up different lights, programs and runs lighting for services, help put away lighting gear following the second service.	8:15 AM-12:05 PM, two Sundays each month
Organizer	Pro Presenter Operator	Edits ProPresenter slides, chooses backgrounds for each song, run ProPresenter during both services.	8:15 AM-12:05 PM, two Sundays each month
Leader Organizer	Baptism Set Up Volunteer	Move baptism tank from storage area to stage, fill baptism tank with water and put banner around tank, place stairs in the tank and rugs on the floor, after the service, empty the tank and put back all the supplies, arrive and set up the baptism tank from 7:30-8:30 AM and then empty the tank following the second service.	7:30-8:30 AM, 12:00-12:30 PM, Sunday  (as needed)
Connector	Baptism Coordinator	Meet the baptism candidate before the service he/she is being baptized, give the baptism candidate a Crosspoint t-shirt and show him/her what will happen during the service, stay backstage with the person until it is time for the baptism and walk onstage with the person to assist during the baptism, arrive 30 minutes prior to the service to meet the baptism candidate and guide him/her through the process. This volunteer will stay with the person being baptized until the baptism is finished.	9:15 AM-10:15 AM or 10:30-11:30 AM, Sunday (as needed)
