There are three easy steps to serving at Crosspoint Church:

1) Serve
There are four personality types at the bottom of this page. Rank them from most like you to least like you. Next, use the Serve Tool to click on the area that interests you. There you will find volunteer opportunities and their description, personality fit, and time commitment. Complete the form at the bottom of the page for any position that fits you. A staff person will call you ASAP to give you more details and set up an opportunity for you to try it out.

2) Test Drive
After the staff person gives you details about your area of interest, come and try it out! There is no major commitment up front. If it isn't for you, start again with step 1 until you find a place that fits your unique giftedness and passion.

3) Make a Difference
Serving is about others and making God's name great. It's about loving God, loving people, and making disciples. You will never be more fulfilled than when you are serving in the area of your God-given strengths and passion.

Personality Type	Description
Connector	Connectors are outgoing and friendly.  They have a gift for making people feel welcome, and they've never met a stranger.
Leader	Leaders rally people towards a common purpose.  They have a gift for inspiring others and making things happen.
Organizer	Organizers love details. They have a gift for bringing order to any project.
Protectors	Protectors have a high regard for compassion.  They have a gift for taking care of people's physical, emotional, and/or spiritual needs.
